What is a CMS website?

CMS stands for 'content management system.' In short, our CMS websites give you the ability to update your own content with all the ease and simplicity you would expect from a word processing program (such as Microsoft Word or Wordperfect).

A CMS website is almost fully cutomisable regarding design and aesthetics, although a standardised menu system must be in place to allow self-updates. We can still adjust dimensions and colours, and when you consider it's a good idea to keep a layout conventional (because to stray too far from conventions results in poor navigation and confused visitors), it starts to make a lot of sense.
